Login Help

The Login page is where you access your RefDesk account. You need a valid username and password to log in. If you don't have an account, you can register for one.

Logging In

To log in, enter your username and password in the respective fields. Usernames are case-insensitive, so "Rick" and "rick" will be treated as the same user.

• Username: Enter the username you chose during registration.
• Password: Enter the password associated with your account.
• Remember Me: Check this box if you want the system to keep you logged in on this device for a longer period. Do not use this feature on public or shared computers.
• Login Button: Click this button to submit your credentials and log in.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

• Incorrect Login Details: If you see a message like "Please check your login details and try again.", double-check your username and password for typos. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
• Forgot Password: If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link to initiate the password reset process. You will need access to the phone number associated with your account.
• No Account: If you don't have an account yet, click the "Register" link to create a new referee account.

Biometric Login

If you have enabled biometric login on your profile, you may be able to log in using your device's fingerprint or face recognition features, offering a faster and more secure way to access your account.
