How to Reset Your Password

To reset your password, you must have a valid phone number associated with your account. If you do, follow these steps:

1. Enter your username on the "Forgot Password" page and click "Send Reset Code".
2. You will receive an SMS message with a reset code and a unique token.
3. On the "Reset Password" screen, enter your username, the token from the SMS, and your new password.
4. Confirm your new password and click "Reset Password".

No Phone Number on File?

If you do not have a phone number associated with your account, you will not be able to reset your password automatically. Please contact a tournament administrator to have your password reset manually.
